| Here at PJBC our number 1 priority is brewing beer with the highest quality ingredients and incredible attention to detail. Our grain is imported from the UK, our hops from the Pacific Northwest, and our yeast from points around the globe. Our 7 barrel “nano” system means that we brew very small batches in comparison to other micro breweries (about 220 gallons at a time). Though small, this batch size allows us to brew a wide variety of selections while retaining freshness and flavors often lost in larger brew houses. We take great pride in placing quality first. Use our beer finder to locate PJBC near you! | LET'S MEET THE FAMILY: Schooner Ale Our Schooner Ale is an English Pale Ale with an American twist.
